Only a couple months ago, Amazon started Amazon Key. This would allow Amazon delivery workers to enter your house to deliver your package. Now, Amazon has created a new program that would allow Amazon to deliver to the trunk of your car. Amazon created this program to allow anyone who lives in an unsafe neighborhood to get their packages safely. Also, this is for people who don’t want to disable their alarm when an Amazon worker comes in.

As said on the New York Times, “Starting Tuesday, people in dozens of cities across the United States can start getting their Amazon orders delivered to a parked car, provided their vehicle has the proper technology. With a few taps on a smartphone screen, the courier can unlock the car and drop the box inside the trunk or on the back seat.”
