Apple is planning to upgrade their popular AirPods later this year. The new AirPods would come with an upgraded chip and the option to say, “Hey Siri,” to activate Apple’s smart assistant.

Apple Chief Financial Officer Luca Maestri stated in a conference after sales jumped almost 70 percent, “Wearables were the second-largest contributor to revenue growth after [the] iPhone, which is impressive.”
