These earbuds will be totally obsolete when the AirPods come out.

So many memes and jokes have been made about the upcoming iPhone 7, mostly about their new AirPods, and the missing headphone jack.  Many people have been anticipating the day they lose the small wireless earbuds.  One man tweeted, “I already lost the ‘headphones’ just by looking at the picture.” And who can argue with all these users?  Apple is always aiming to make their products more minimal.

Sure, iPhone has an adaptor that connects the headphone with the 3.5 mm jack to the charging port.  But you have to carry those around every day.  They’re what, like, an inch long?  Too much work.

Headphones with Lightning jacks that do not require the adaptor are popping up everywhere.  They are fully compatible with your iPhone 7, and your iPhone 6, and your iPhone 5, and your iPad Air, and your iPad Air 2, and about every device that has a Lightning port.  But if you lose it, you’ll have to buy another one, and when you lose that, you will have to order another one.  So might as well buy like 7, right?

And now the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7s are waterproof, and the rice industry is sitting here, like, gosh-darn it.  I guess we can all now say, “Just get an android.”
