Summer Stories

Usually students look forward to “being free” when they are released for summer vacation. They tend to use these couple months to do anything to their heart’s content. Some students travel to unique and exotic places.

[I am going to] Alaska [to see] famous national parks, glaciers, oceans, and forests. I’m excited because I like cold weather and I like to see nature,” said Kaitlyn H.

Other students tend to have more different activities during summer.

“I am probably going [back] to an escape room. You have one hour to find a way out of a locked room. There were riddles, jigsaw puzzles, and finding simple things like keys or batteries. The puzzles were challenging, the theme was well set up, and it really made us [my family, two other strangers, and me] work as a team,” said Chase O.

“I wanna go to Hogwarts, so I can learn magic and kill Voldemort,” said Nicole Y.

Many students travel, stay at home, visit relatives, or tend to do unique activities. Either way, students are bound to have an eventful summer.
