Super Bowl 50

On the night of February 7, 2016, history was made. The warm Santa Clara weather added a touch of beauty to the Championship of American football. The Broncos and Panthers brawled it out for a truly amazing feat in Super Bowl 50.

With the Panther’s 15-1 record, Carolina was expected to win by a landslide. But the outcome of the game silenced their parade.

The score settled at 24-10, Broncos.

The young quarterback from Atlanta was just about manhandled on the field. The amazing Broncos MVP, Von Miller sacked Cam Newton a whopping six times. Two of those were strip-tackles. They were major turning points in the game.

Peyton Manning seemed off his game as well. He only threw 141 yards, so fans acknowledged his struggle that night. Luckily, the talented 25 year-old running back, CJ Anderson assisted Manning in the game. Broncos’ defense really pulled out the win.

Cam Newton was devastated. From falling on the field, to ditching post-game press conference, Newton’s dismal attitude was visible.

No matter how the game turned out, both teams have realized they made history in Super Bowl 50. Years from now, the Broncos and Panthers will still be shown respect for their impressive performances.
