On December 6th, 2021 at 6:42 pm Rancho Cucamonga High School caught fire. The blaze ‘P’ building caught fire and is now destroyed. The superintendent, Matt Holton, reported that no one was hurt. While the fire did cause significant damage to the school, classes are in session on  Tuesday as normal. Safety precautions will be taken with caution tape around the building as further investigation occurs. Was this an electrical problem? Or were kids attempting an attempt at an early Christmas break?
