And it is over 89% effective.The only challenge is that it has to be used within the first 3 days of illness. Pfizer’s CEO says that it could “eliminate up to nine out of ten hospitalizations” if the medication is authorized. The pills are easy to manufacture and administer, offering a successful way to address the problem. In a trial test, with the pills and a placebo, the study showed none of the people with the real pills died, but 10 with the placebo pills did. So have we found a potential cure to Covid?
