Have you ever been told you complain too much? Well listen to this: a woman by the name of Anita Harris is suing Kellog’s, the owners of “Pop Tarts,” for five million dollars! Why, you might ask? The answer to this is that she believes that the Strawberry Pop Tarts don’t contain enough strawberries.

“In a class action you would have to show a common belief of how much fruit it has…That’s going to be a difficult road to home,” said the company’s representatives firing back at this lawsuit. 

Kellog’s is taking this case seriously, so the next time your parents say that you complain too much, make sure to remind them the actions that Anita took!
