What do you think we can do to prevent bullying?

“Have a reward for other students who stop bullies. They don’t want to get bullied themselves so they don’t want to help the other person. They can provide some kind of incentive to help stop bullying. If you bring someone to to the teacher or something and you stop a bully, you get some reward because as far as I see, nobody is helping anyone out.”
