What do you think about parents monitoring their kids electronics?

“I think that it is good for them to do that, because then you won’t look at bad things and they can monitor it.  They get to see what you are doing and if you are looking at bad things. Your parents won’t be happy with that. You can be safe on the web. Yes [my parents monitor my electronics] because they just want us to be safe. Sometimes they can be too strict like when being on Youtube, but it is okay because I don’t watch Youtube that much. It’s just a good thing to monitor it.”
