Just two months after the far-right Charlottesville rally that left a woman dead, a white supremacist known as Richard Spencer gave a speech defending ‘white privilege’ at the University of Florida. Hundreds of opposers came to protest the speech, forcing Spencer to end his speech early.

W. Kent Fuchs, the president of the University of Florida, said in a tweet, “For the record, I don’t stand behind racist Richard Spencer. I stand with those who reject and condemn Spencer’s vile and despicable message.”
