Hurricane Irma, a category 5 hurricane (as of Thursday, September 7th, 2017), is set to hit Florida. This catastrophic hurricane is happening only about a week after the devastating Hurricane Harvey. In addition to this, both Georgia and South Carolina hold a potential risk to this disastrous hurricane.

As said on ABC News, “The storm…has sustained winds of 185 mph and even higher gusts…[It] will still remain a powerful Category 5 storm through Friday…Hundreds of thousands of Floridians have been ordered to evacuate…[There is] a possible landfall on the coasts of Georgia and South Carolina.”
