The Los Angeles County Fair is well underway with a 25-day schedule. This annual event is located in Pomona California. Like any fair, the LA County Fair has rides, games, arts and crafts, live events, and the mouth-watering scent of delicious fair food! There is also a huge ferris wheel, a gigantic model train city (which has been at each fair for about 100 years), roller skating, farm animals and reptiles.
The fair opened on May 3 (marking its 102nd anniversary of fun) and will continue through Memorial Day, on May 27. You can attend this event on Thursdays through Sundays and on the last Monday of May (Memorial Day) from 11am – 11pm. The price of admission is $17 to $25 for adults; $12 for children ages 6 to 12 and seniors 60 and older. Parking is $20. If you buy your tickets in advance online, they will be a few bucks cheaper. The LA County Fair is also cashless, so make sure to bring a card. If you have any questions, visit the LA County Fair’s website.
