Question: Would you rather pay for a $100 traffic ticket or lose $100?

“I would rather lose $100 because I am not trying to [get a bad record]. I think once you get something on your record, you would [have to] for a little while pay a little more money. So it wouldn’t be just $100, it would be [more] like a thousand and something [dollars].

JD is an amazing learner and a very hard-working student. He loves helping others when they need help. He wants to be an engineer when he grows up. He is also a bit of a perfectionist. JD is known to be a student who loves to ask questions and is very self-motivated to do things. He is willing to go the extra mile whenever possible.

Sage is one of the Editors-in-Chief of The Day Creek Howl. When she is an adult, she dreams of being a criminal defense lawyer. In her free time, you'll catch her reading, drawing, dancing, or listening to music. She loves Marvel movies and the show, "Friends." Her favorite music artists are Laufey, Drake, Bruno Mars, and The Weeknd. She is super excited for the 2023-2024 school year and to be a part of The Howl for a second year.

Sydney wishes to try new things and explore different things about the world she didn't know about. She hopes to become a live-action photographer when she grows up and wants to study really hard for it. She also likes to read, write, and roller skate. Sydney hopes to achieve her goals in Journalism and she tries to do the best she can when she does new things. She also loves to hang out with friends and family whenever she can.
