On October 12, the DCIS sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade bands performed at the Day Creek Gym. Our new band director, Ms. Carly Miller, prepared her students for their first public appearance this year. Band students performed to a packed house, with songs including Rio Bravo, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and Over the Rainbow. Their next performance is the Winter Band Concert on December 14.
