If you could add one period to our regular school day, what would it consist of? 

[If I could add one period to the school day, it would] probably be a break period. Yes, [I think students need extra breaks throughout the school day.] In some ways, yes,[ the break period would be similar to lunch. You’ll get to talk with your friends and just hang out.] [I think the break’s length would be] maybe ten minutes. [If I were to talk to Mr. Apodaca about my idea, I would point out that] the only time you really have to talk with your friends is during lunch and sometimes before and after school. [I think being able to talk with your friends is fundamental to your learning because] it might help with being in class because kids will have time to talk with their friends and not only see them once a day.
