NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers have traded Kyrie Irving for Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic and the Nets’ 2018 first round draft pick. In return, the Boston Celtics got Kyrie Irving.

The rating given to the Cavaliers would probably be a solid A-. The one thing holding them back is the chemistry needed between Thomas and LeBron James. Irving and James have had multiple years to get as good as they are. The result of their good teamwork was a NBA Championship.

Boston’s rating would be a B. Boston received one player, Kyrie Irving, who has given Cleveland his all and has worked hard to bring the team a spot in the record books. On the plus side, the Celtics now have a player that is young, having the potential to be the leader of the team.

Cleveland has gotten multiple players and a draft pick, but they have given up a young star to the Celtics. Both teams hope to make history next year with their rebuilt teams.
