The Show Must Go On

The cast and crew of Day Creek Intermediate’s Beauty and the Beast play have practiced for months. However, two days before the curtains were drawn, an incident occurred which affected the play’s scheduling. Assistant Principal, Mrs. Vanderlaan and 8th-grade teacher Mrs. Bjelland assumed the directors’ roles, and the cast was able to perform for the 8th graders on campus as scheduled. However, shows for 5th and 6th graders were canceled. There will be a final show today, February 24, for the 7th graders to enjoy. The cast and crew also want to invite everyone to return for additional performances on Friday at 7pm, and Saturday at 11am and 2pm. Hope to see you there!
