Tesla Considering Releasing ‘Dog Mode’ in Vehicles
According to Electrek, Tesla CEO Elon Musk agreed on Twitter from a suggestion of an owner of a Model 3 vehicle, to include a feature to keep pets cool. Tesla introduced a feature called “Cabin Overheat Protect” that would keep the car at a “safe” temperature for a duration of time, that was designed for child and pet safety.
The user suggested that Tesla Model 3’s “dog mode” would activate air conditioning, music and a sign for passersby that says the dog is doing okay, Business Insider reports. Musk replied with a simple, “yes”, on a Twitter post.
